Vicerectorate for International Relations invites TUIASI Erasmus + students, incoming and outgoing, to submit photos to the photo contest ”Rock-on TUIASI! My unforgettable Erasmus+ experience”, second edition, which will take place between 18 March – 30 April 2019. There will be 2 categories: incoming and outgoing, each of them with 3 prizes.
Dear student, these are the rules of the competition:
- In order to submit photos in the contest, you have to send a message to international@tuiasi.ro with the following: the photo you want to submit in the competition, emailed as an attachment (the photo must have your Name_surname_category (outgoing or incoming Erasmus+ student); the incoming student must include in the message body a short description of the photo submitted, the name of the Faculty where he / she is admitted during the scholarship at TUIASI, the study year and the country of origin; the outgoing student must include in the message body a short description of the photo submitted, the mobility period and the host country for Erasmus + mobility. At the email’s subject, all applicants must enter their name and the following „TUIASI Erasmus + 2019 Photography Contest”. Describe as creative as you can the experience shown in the photograph, because the jury will take into consideration the originality of that description, too.
- You can submit no more than 3 photos;
- Submission period: 18 March 2019 until the midnight of 31 March 2019.
- The winners will be announced until 12 April 2019. The jury will pick the best three photos from each category and the authors will receive diplomas and prizes.
- The best photographs submitted in the contest will be displayed in an exposition that will open on 15 April 2019 until 30 April 2019.
By participating in the competition the students declare that the photographs submitted belong to them and they give TUIASI their permission to use the photos for the purpose of promoting the university in the various on-line and off-line media.
